Solaris holds a strict 48-business hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If an appointment is not cancelled within that period, you will be charged the full appointment fee. If you are running behind and we are unable to perform your service, you will be charged in full.
First time color appointments require a credit card number to make a reservation. If this reservation is cancelled outside of 48 hours, it results in a full charge for the appointment.
All appointments that are expected to exceed 3 hours require a credit card number to reserve (this includes hair, nail and spa services in any combination) and adhere to our standard cancellation policy. All spa packages require credit card numbers to be reserved and must be cancelled within 1 week of appointment or result in a full charge.
We understand that your time is valuable & we ask that you respect the time our stylists put into making you feel beautiful in and out of the salon chair.
